From top right to bottom left: Hokkaido, Touhoku, Kantou, Chuubu, Kinki, Chuugoku (pink), Shikoku (orange), Kyuushu, and Okinawa in the bottom right
But it still varies, since when I lived in Ishikawa (Chuubu west coast), nobody called the area Chuubu but instead Hokuriku like in the next pic
