Dedenne opposes the Blaze-crazy Fennekin with a few intimidating squeaks, his tail curling up with wicked voltage. Speed is the key, you need something quick, guaranteed to land a side-effect, and annoying.
It hits you pretty quickly.
"That's it...Dedenne, NUZZLE!"
"Fennekin, Psybeam once more!"
The hamster and the fox quickly go at each other's throats, but Dedenne's puffy pouch cheeks end up being the first of the two attacks to hit. Fennekin's Psybeam is cancelled out by the paralysis that follows, and is wiped out for good by a second Nuzzle.
"Fennekin, no..."
"Kiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiin......" the fox skids across the tower's hard floor, her Blaze dying down. The veil of flames disappear, her ears lose their puffiness, and her eyes are no longer creepy as shit.
"Fennnnn..."
The fox is given three seconds to get back up, but she refuses to, opting to surrender with swirls in her yiffbait eyes. Korrina acknowledges this and nudges Alice to raise her flags.
