I totally forgot you're supposed to do Olivine's gym AFTER Cianwood. I walked right up to Jasmine with a level 27 Krabby leading the party like I was some kind of ultra chad and god fucking damn was I given a reckoning.
Lynel was nearly one-shot by a Thunderbolt from her first Magnemite. I got lucky and was fast enough to two-shot it before it could go again.
Against her Steelix I used Orbina, she successfully Hypnosis'd the fucker but it wasn't enough even with Surf spam thanks to that steel-type bitch using a Hyper Potion and it waking up. A single hit of a NVE move but with 13 levels between them it was lethal.
From there I sent out Rinjin to spam Mud-slap and got SO lucky that he wasn't killed by the constantly flying Iron Tails before sending in Clamps to finish it off. Craw had an easy time stacking Fury Cutter on the last Magnemite after paralyzing it so I got off easy there. This was a fuckup of monumental proportions and I still escaped with only 1 death.
