You need 3-4, but 2 is already ok.
You could try the standard Keldeo/Blastoise/Black Kyurem EX build to steamroll anything just OHKOing the meta.
For that:
-1 Keldeo EX (3 was a standard, but now it will give you problems with VirGen decks)
-1 Keldeo BCR (Not really needed)
-2 Suicune (This is an aggresive build and suicune is defensive and more useful with Silver Mirrors)
+3 Black Kyurem EX
+2 N
+1 Skyla
-1 Colress
-2 Energy Search
-2 Energy retreival
+2 Superior Energy Retreival
-1 Super rod
-1 Tool scrapper
-2 Max potion
+1 Level Ball (Easier to get T1 Squirtle, or two squirtle)
+1 Heavy Ball
+1 Computer Search (No Ace Spec?)
-2 Water Energy
+3 Electric Energy
And you have an extra slot which can be a 4th Pokemon Catcher, a 4th Blastoise, a 3rd Tropical Beach (This would be the best) or an energy search to get that electric energy fast.
