I have to restart the game, lose a fuckload of progress because of a bullshit softlock, I then give on doing the sidequest I was doing because it was already shitty, confusing and utterly fucking directionless, then I decide to try and find this bitch, I looked all over Starlight for her without a single clue where she'd be since the game can't even bothered to hint where she is, my only luck was visiting spots she was in the past, thanks Octavius, very great game design.
