If you were to fight them though, that depends on the skill level of the human. Humans are pretty capable in the Pokemon universe, they could probably beat up a Pokemon if the Human themselves trained in something like Martial Arts, Weapon uses, Aura, Psychic/Magic. So against one of them when they go all out, yeah that would give an average amount of EXP.
