Another stupid idea: Bdsm skinks with whip tails. They whip each other because doing so can toughen up their skin. It would start pure fighting, and would have a similar evo method to basculegion, that gives it a secondary steel typing.
These evos have become numb and unresponsive to the pain, but evolution has blessed them with a razor chain whip tail (See pic attached), to further push their defences. (Sorta like spicing up bedroom time turned into a mon)
