in general i agree with this mentality more often than not.

signature moves usually don't stay signature moves for long. after a generation or two gamefreak usually gives away signature moves to other species. at one time however, venusaur, charizard, blastoise, sceptile, blaziken, swampert, emboar, chesnaught, delphox, and greninja have all had signature moves.

there have been a few posted but there is still lots of time to submit ideas.
