He'd get pressured by the League to fill a quota, so he picks something easy like teaching maths to primary school kids. Not particularly interested, he just makes them do busywork or puts on a movie so that he can go do other things like slip out of class or entertain himself with his cards or coin. The kids understandably get bored but a few take interest in the card tricks he practices on his desk, which then leads to a group playing cards with him. Eventually the whole class is pulled into it and it evolves into something where there's in-class currency, blackjack tables where the kids take turns as the dealer and the player, even some poker. They learn quick addition and multiplication, to calculate payouts, count cards, work out basic probability and have a blast in class
