I don't think Incineroar is COMPLETELY trash, it's just that GF shills him so hard compared to the other two. He gets two more cards than either of the others, AND he's in Smash, AND he's shilled in the ashime, AND he's competitively viable. I have similar feelings for Greninja for this reason.
Granted, Decidueye got into Pokken, but that feels almost like an afterthought at this point.
