They're very racist and very wary of changing their own demographics, for good reason. The first thing they'll bring up is.. "do you want more foreigners to live here?" And they'll give a reasonable response that would get you fired from your job over here. "Well, it might be nice to have some differences. But we have to ask is it worth the rise in crime and loss of social cohesion?"
You can't give a reasonable response like that in a western society or you will be banned and shunned for racism and questioning the multiculti utopia.
