How about Reuniclus and Gothitelle? I don't know if they actually need a boost since they seem to be competitively decent, and they outclass Beheeyem, but mega ideas are always fun.
I was thinking Psychic/Fighting for Reuniclus, with moves that focus on punching given it's pokedex abilities. Gothitelle I'm not sure about, Psychic/Dark would be a terrible type combo, Psychic/Fairy would make it too similar to Gardevoir.
What other Psychics could use a lift? With ORAS around the corner I think Grumpig could do with some attention.
