I hope random encounters will still be a thing, it'll just look dumb having some pokemon waddling around. Would they just randomly spawn out of nowhere ? To get rare spawns do you go in and out of some cave until you see it ? Spitballing here... I think it's fine for many other jrpg's, but not feeling it for pokemon.
