I can live without voice actiang in Pokémon games, but for them to give us a singer without a voice was a ridiculous decision, and he just looked stupid stood there silently mouthing a song. They did better for Roxie than they did for Piers. Concerning Piers' voice, though, I wrote in a previous thread that I think he has a strong Essex/London-type accent that comes through both when he's speaking or singing, and that I think he has a dark, smoky quality to his singing voice, so that's my take on it.
