Funnily enough, her entire subplot is that her dad is actually a shitty parent with responsibility issues. They pulled a bait-and-switch there, because you'd EXPECT Roxie as a underage rockstar, to be the character with responsibility issues. But her subplot is actually about her teaching her dad.
That's when I fell in love with her actual character and personality, beyond just her amazing design.
