I'm a semi-rural player and so far I've only evolved eevee's that had 80%+ iv's. I have about three eeveelutions of each kind. So 9 in total. None of my vape's have hydro pump, and only one jolteon has thunder (the one with the lowest cp). I find it hard to keep up with the meta, as I see players around me with mass armies of vaporeon. I do find a lot of eevee, but they always have mediocre/bad iv's most of the time. Should I just start evolving the mediocre one's with decent cp as well?
tldr: pay less attention to iv's in order to get a good moveset/breed vaporeon army? or keep focusing on good iv's and get one eeveelution every once in a while. I
Thoughts /pgg/? Feel like I'll never properly play the game if I don't. Took months to finally get gyarados and it's a twisterdos.
