Create the BF for EM. Repel casuals away by announcing DP 4 a possible 2005 date at EM's release. 3rd version PL came before HGSS. PL had 2 have BF. HGSS had to have BF cuz it was after PL even though casuals would buy remakes. So they shrunk the BF to 5 facilities to make it easier. Now, GF repels casuals from USUM by announcing Switch Gen 8 and other dirty tricks.
