Backstory is that I would find it after it was outcast from the rest of its murder, I would take it in. After some trust raising and training, we would find those that exiled it, and show them he ain't the same weakling as before. After taking down his old group, that pretty much solidifies his loyalty to me and we work off well from each other since.
