>>27814635FFB isn't an EX card. It works on Yveltal, Xerneas, Volcanion, and Firebox too.
EX Pokemon have no more or less brute force than the non-EX counterparts. Some EX Pokemon also have none of that force without ability support; are you proposing M Gardevoir's 110 damage on a Stage 1 for two energy is better than Raichu's one-attach nuke? Xerneas Break's Life Stream? And this is only considering the concise amount of viable EXs coming into next format, most of which are speculative. We've had this discussion so many times that it's actually part of the FAQ.
Night March, Trevenant, Yveltal, Vespiquen, and Greninja do NOT have garbage stats. Their stats are actually so ridiculously amazing that they make up the majority of the meta right now, completely blowing EX Pokemon out of the water. NM and Trev are actually so stupidly good that there's not a single EX attacker performing better than them right now, even WITH weakness.
I'm starting to understand your problem here. You're seeing the rarity, seeing the big numbers, and you're equating that big = good in your mind. Why else would you call Night March's stats garbage? You're so engrossed by these numbers that you continuously ignore that an overwhelming majority of EXs (approaching all of them) are unusable.
If Night March went unchanged but instead were labeled as EX, you'd probably think it were broken two. It's just two letters.
