>>55926232It's actually based on the "Ace trainer" from HGSS. While Ruka is from kanto I like to base her world on HGSS's aesthetic because it's my favorite game. Plus you can visit Kanto in those games.
(Though I also really like the LGPE style aesthetically. Im actually timing it to the music from that game.)
