I play games that look like pic related on a regular basis. Seeing a low poli tree doesn't make me seethe with anger or feel anything, in fact I don't go around looking for that shit or scrutinizing compressed videos on youtube by going through them frame by frame to look for things wrong with it.
As long as I get the Pokemon experience that I've come to expect, all will be good. I'll get multiple nuzlocke playthroughs of the game out of it, then I'll move on to online play and then I'll play some other shit while waiting for the next games/gen.
