Speaking about the Flying type...Noivern being typed Flying/Dragon instead of Dragon/Flying confuses me.
To me it implies that: Being primary-typed Flying means it's a flying creature like a bat or a bird. And being secondary-typed Dragon means it's only dragon-like.
All of this in opposition to other dual Dragon/Flying Pokemon who are simply dragons who can fly.
If this is the case, why weren't older Flying-type Pokemon re-typed? Like Crobat not becoming Flying/Poison or generic "bird" Pokemon not becoming Flying/Normal?
