>>45053846I openly play it and criticize it. They aren't the WORST Pokemon games but they are pretty close to it. These were a step down from gen 7 in basically every way save for music. The graphics are inexcusable, the story is the worst I have probably ever seen in an RPG ever which is something I never expected after FF8 set the bar, and there is literally no excuse for the dex cut besides cash grabbing. At least some of the new Pokemon are neat but to me that isn't enough to salvage these games. In my opinion this is the third worst gen of all time.
