Have you ever actually seen a dike? The stereotypical dike haircut is about an inch or so long and usually with random parts shaved. If anything her hair is more of le hipster career girl, that's what should bother you. Her hair was too thick and long to begin with.
Her clothes are just as good, it's just a different skirt with a jacket thing. All comes down to preference.
And you act like this is permanent or has any affect on the real world. They changed her design on a whim, and they'll probably do it again if they want to, and who knows, maybe you'll like that better.
