So, uh, due to some bizarre glitch, probably because the 'best nuzlocker in the world' faggot can't into code, Routes 102 and 103 were not altered to contain the bad Pokemon I'm supposed to have. Route 104 and presumably beyond does. So what I did, and if I wipe this run what I'll do on future runs, is catch something on Route 102/103, and if I succeed, I'll randomly pick from what's supposed to be there and PKHex it in. i.e. I catch a Wingull on Route 102, I randomly pick from Hoothoot, Ledyba, or Skitty. Also don't know if this glitch exists elsewhere, I'll assume yes, though.
All that out of the way, Slugma seems like an absolute dogshit starter and mon in every single sense, but eh, this is supposed to be a trashlocke after all.
