Title says it all, how long do you guys think until it goes too far down hill? I really don't want to devolve this into an argument over gens but its undeniable that the pokemon universe is getting way too big for its own good and will only continue to grow.
Already its daunting to get into for anyone who hasnt grown up with gens 1-3. The kinds growing up these days who havent been invested that long in the franchise are going to find it excruciatingly difficult to keep track of pokemon not from gen4 and onwards.
