Included the full-evolution line since it would be impossible to know if they would all be evolved or not. I've been going to the gym + training for sport 4 days a week for like 10 years now so I would assume most would be at least evolved once. Also included 6, not because I would own 6 at one time but perhaps they would come and go throughout my life.

If you're familiar with the geography of Australia, nearly every major city is right next the ocean. While there are Seals, shellfish etc. I would think that ice Pokemon wouldn't fare well in the Australian heat so Poli-line would be more common.
