Since it's default, it has the highest concentration of spoofers. Lobbies fill to full everywhere around.
ipogo on the other hand puts you in Zaragoza, Spain. Keep in mind the time zone difference, for example if you're a burger then don't count on European raids when it's evening for you.
Of course you can teleport elsewhere if you feel like it, but even on Manhattan Island lobbies DON'T fill up if you stray too far. Like north of Central Park or the harbor.
