>>44430850I honestly, have no idea why they made the horn in Gardevoir's chest when the prior evolutions kept the horn(s) on their head through their hair. The best idea I have is because they chose to make the horn a power source for their psychic abilities and it being a being of emotion they put it close to its heart aka its chest.
Flimsy reasoning at best, but best I could think up. Its the Embrace Pokemon.... it should not be struggling to hug people. Its like saying "The Aura Pokemon struggles with using its Aura.".
