Mr. Mime has been done well lately, the animations from gen VI onwards really put emphasis on how bizarre it is. And then you had Detective Pikachu who took it one step further.
Jynx is just there. It's whole deal lore-wise is how uncanny close it is to humans, like making noises that sound almost humanlike but is just gibberish, yet they never do anything interesting with it besides "haha funny kissing jokes"
