I at least hope we'll get to something important soon. The first few episodes of XY were really strong, and even though most people here love them, I feel as if the first few episodes of SM have been weak. Don't get me wrong, I love Mimikyu, but the rest of it is really just... Ash hanging out with a squad of waifus and shitty garbage puns by two of the worst characters in the franchise.
The show is being carried by people's love for Mallow/Lana/Lillie, and I worry that it's never going to do anything of its own merit.
