They've had the same standards since at minimum Gen 5. We have concept art going back fucking 12 years that ALL have those standards. Because they're good standards, concept art should include these things.
Only an absolute retard that doesn't understand how game production works would go "oh well maybe NOW they've decided to make their concept art pages shit on purpose! they wouldn't keep them the same forever!"
