Assuming you are not some physically disfigured potato, the top of your ears should generally meet close to the tops of your eyes. This is why glasses can fit on your face.
For whatever fucking reason, and I guaran-fucking-tee you it's just pure laziness, SM and now the SwSh anime keep drawing the characters' ears ridiculously below the eye line. This makes the characters look literally retarded. This is such a glaring anatomy issue that it makes watching the show difficult unless you actively ignore what you're looking at or pretend this is "normal" for most anime when it isn't.
Any artist worth their salt is aware of this.
