I'm gonna go with the most memorable pokemon I've had in gens 1-6.
The only one I should probably have to explain is the Budew. For Alpha Sapphire, I traded myself a level 5 Budew with Eviolite to make the game more of a challenge. The Budew didn't do much apart from BTFO things that were weak to Grass and were slower, but it was pretty fun getting him from the start to the end at the same level as my team without evolving him.
