You guys remember the recently launched Project Eevee that we knew absolutely nothing about? Check out the logo. It uses a similar font as the leaked Pikachu logo, both have visible "brush strokes" and both have tails.
I'm not saying the leaks are real, but this is just another thing that makes it a bit more believable.
