There are more than one and this one was giving Undella town a hard time all the way in Unova. He's not native to only one region if there are more than one.
Even then, I'm kind of stuck in the most christmas-y town at the moment so that's not happening.
Further more, I'm trying to decipher the radio signals he generates (with some success) through my Starmie, so you'll have to forgive me for experimenting.
