Most of the shots I choose to do don't have moving elements to them, but for those that do I try to find away to merge the moving elements together to at least make it look presentable. My older stitches are really bad because I hadn't figured out how to get around the lighting changes or the moving backgrounds.
Like that Ash stitch that you replied to, that didn't have a moving background, it was just a static image.
