Quick update after the 3rd badge: while training I let my Gastly get killed by a Kadabra I thought it would outspeed and like that i've failed another mon. Defeating Whitney went smooth as can be I used my Noodle to set up growth on the Clefairy and then when Miltank came in I put it to sleep and two shot it with vine whip. I ended up not needing to use my Nidorina at all so I put it back in the box. I caught a Growlithe and a Magneton two of the strongest gen II pokemon in my opinion and now this run is starting to look up from the rocky beginnings. Now to get some more training done before I challenge Morty where my new dog should be able to put in work with it's bite.
