I like the challenge of catching things in balls that are difficult to get them with. I always give any shinies I come across a beast ball or two, just to see if I'm lucky.
Caught a shiny Staryu, Minior, Butterfree and Vikavolt with Beast Balls. Also caught a shiny Pheromosa in a Moon Ball, that was pretty cool.
