If you are abusing the game rules this hard at this point .... Why not simply rom hack your pokedex to say you did that to all pokemon.
The pokedex idea is stupid it would be replaced by basically pokemon snap. You can snap a picture of a pokemon in the wild or if a trainer lets you however most NPC trainers will not let you however you can snap pictures of your friends pokemon to complete your photo collection.
Makes more sense then the abuse shit you are doing.
