You know, I'd complain less if this meant increased cheating protection or something, but it doesn't. All properly generated Pokemon will pass the bank.
Meaning I'll transfer Pokemon stored on my PC to Nintendo's PC to transfer them back to my 3DS. Yeah this sure sounds like a worthwhile service.
