I didn't get fucked by the Rocket's Raticate in Mt. Moon, I didn't get fucked by the Jr. Trainer's Mankey on Nugget Bridge. I almost got fucked by Misty, but I came out well.
Here's how the Misty battle played out:
I led with Eiyeah the Rattata, and had him Hyper Fang the Staryu, leaving the Staryu with about 30% of its HP left. Her Bubble did about 40% worth of damage to me, but luckily a critical Quick Attack finished her off.
My plan for Starmie worked out as well. I switched out to Baifibakhd and Sand Attacked once. That Starmie's Bubble Beam took a little over half of Baifibakhd's HP, so that was all I could do. I switched out to Wimfesaxe and used Poison Powder. Basically, I stalled, only attacking with Confusion whenever Wimfesaxe had full HP. I basically just had to hope that I didn't get critted by a Bubble Beam, as I thought that would surely lead my Butterfree to an early grave. At the VERY LAST turn, that happened, and my heart dropped when I realized this Bubble Beam was a crit. Fortunately, Wimfesaxe survived, and poison killed the Starmie. Kind of a pussy way to win, but this is a Nuzlocke, and you got to do what you got to do.
