im really overleveled even though I'm avoiding a lot of trainers and not battling wild pokémon.
I don't want to put Clefairy and Mewoth on the party because I don't want to have 3 concurrent normal types.
Sleep powder + Compound Eyes is the true hero of this run so far. I would black out on Misty if was not for that. Also the crit Mega kick from Punky was the icing on the cake.
Surge was easy because I was lvl. 28 with both mons.
I'm really tempted to get the Farfetch'd on vermilion. If I can take it through the whole game I'd consider quite an achivement.
