I fucking love Reuniclus, even since before B/W came out and he was just Ranculus.
He's adorable, his design is great, and he's based off a multitude of cool things like Tardigrades and the Homunculus. He looks cute and randomly put-together but there's depth to every aspect of him.
Then it turns out he's got one of the best abilities in the game, and is really powerful as a Trick Room Sweeper or an nigh-indestructible wall, so he's flexible too. Even Solosis makes a great FEARmon in doubles.
He's just great.
