The male version is perfectly fine, the female version of Jellicent is ugly as all balls. I guess in the context that you have a contrast of something terrible and something solid, could make it an interesting choice for worst pokemon.

Seismitoad is a groady ass design, but not even in a good way like Weezing or Croagunk. It really feels like it needs to be a poison type, and have some green or purple elements to it.

Pretty based choice. Capsakid really feels like they had it's evolution first, and then just went "fuck it, that but small". Doesn't help that Scovillain is a low tier design anyway.
