I have to wonder if Absol could communicate telepathically, with some effort. It already must have some psychic prowess since it can learn psychic moves. If possible I'd try to train mine to converse, raise it to be even more intelligent so we could have interesting conversations, maybe argue over philosophy. I'd imagine a creature with the capacity to sense disasters and what seems to be a moral compass pointed towards saving future victims would have interesting things to say about humanity.
