I know nothing about the artist, I just google searched 'sad gardevoir' and used the picture that seemed the most fitting to the thread I wanted to make.
At any rate, things aren't so bad for Waifumon. Mega Gardy is still pretty good even without hyper voice, just as long as you don't play super competitively and want to win every match.
Also regular Gardevoir will still be, as it's always been, a good poke in the UU and below tiers (if you care about smogon). This is actually a good thing if you're like me and prefer UU because it means you won't be seeing Scizor, Smogonbird, Ferrothorn, Rotom-W, Aegislash and all of the other pokes that are on pretty much everyone's team.
Whether you love or hate Smogon, it was the best thing to happen to people whose favorite pokes can't compete with threats like those, because it allows them to compete with other pokes on the same power level as them. Plus, you don't end up running into minor shufflings of the same teams every fucking match.
