>>54787387>>54787252Mega Gallade has more bulk - though it's still not bulky - and 10 more base speed than Mega Medicham. Neither of them want to take hits, so the added bulk isn't really important. The +10 speed IS important, but it's not enough to make Gallade worth it over Medicham.
It exists on a spectrum from Mega Medicham to Mega Lopunny, where it's slower and hits harder than Lopunny but it's faster and weaker than Mega Medicham. The usage case for Mega Gallade over Lopunny or Medicham is if you absolutely need to outspeed all the Pokemon from base 100 to 109 speed stat
(in Gen 6, this includes all of Garchomp, Keldeo, Mega-Pinsir, and the base 100s that Mega-Medicham speed ties with) but don't need to outspeed the Pokemon from 111 to 134 speed
(in Gen 6 this includes Azelf, Raikou, Starmie, Serperior, Thundurus, Talonflame, Tornadus-T, and Weavile as well as all the base 110s that Mega-Gallade speed ties with). It has such a small use case that it cannot be recommended, because if you want speed on your physically offensive mega, you want Lopunny, and if you want power on your physically offensive mega, you want Medicham.
