I'd make Emboar actually bulky by trimming down its Speed and adding the trimmings to its Defense and Special Defense stats. It's too slow to be a conventional sweeper anyway, but with the boosts to its defenses it now actually has some prayer of being a tank and thus doing something the other FireFighters can't do. It'd also make it a better Trick Room sweeper, which seems to be the main good use for it right now anyway.
Also, it's a fat tub of guts that has no business being even slightly fast. It'd make more sense as a Fire/Fighting Snorlax.
