brush up on how you shade crystals, making all sides lit gives this no depth at all, and having the light and base tones so close together means that anything more than a couple of steps away and they look totally flat. use a much brighter light shade, use a shadow shade, and give stuff outlines! when you're doing a logo like this you want everythign to be visible no matter what background it's on. imagine these logos on coloured shirts or lunchboxes or whatever. the key features of the logo would just vanish on blue merchandise.
don't be lazy about the two different versions either, don't just reclour them. what do the crystals represent? if it's something like fire and ice, there are hundreds of different types of crystals, growing in patterns which will give character t your logos and represent whatever themes you are trying to convey better than a copy paste reclour job. they should be distinct and iconic.
